이 곡 역시, 제가 즐겨 듣는 정엽의 푸른밤을 통해 알게 된 곡입니다. 자세한 설명을 찾을 수는 없었지만 쌤 옥은 아마도 한국계 미국인인 것 같아요. (정확한 국적은 모르겠지만 한국피가 흐르는 건 확실합니다.) 그의 유투브 채널 소개에도 나와있듯이 쌤옥은 절실한 기독교인입니다. 그렇기 때문에 곡에서 장르는 가스펠이 아니지만, 가사때문에 가스펠적 성향을 잘 나타내는데요. 당신이 여기있고, 나는 당신과 함께 있으니 나쁜 시간들이 흘러가게 내버려 두라고 전하는 메세지가 참 아름답네요. (종교의 일차적인 의미는 완벽하지 않은 사람이기에 절대적인 누군가에게 기대며 매 순간 살아있음에 감사해야 한다는 생각을 하기에 곡이 더 와닿는 것 같습니다.)

제 생각을 좀 곁들인다는게 좀 심오하게 얘기가 흘러갔네요 ㅎㅎ 어쨌뜬, 이런거 저런거 다 떠나서! 금요일만 느낄 수 있는 자유스러움, 설레임에 걸맞는 쌤옥의 롤러코스터 입니다!
